About Me

Why I advocate for online safety.

I advocate for online safety because I feel it is very important to stay safe at all times. I would hate to know someone has access to my information and uses it to hurt me, or my future in some way. Also, it’s such a peaceful and relaxing type of fun when you know you are practicing on line safety.

Q & A

  • What have you done online that you’re most proud of?
  • I am proud of my MySpace page. It is a safe page I protect my pictures and if I don’t know you I do not accept you as a friend.
  • Are your online friendships different than your real-life friendships? How?
  • My online friends are my real-life friends right now.
  • How can you help younger siblings or kids be safer online?
  • One day I did a computer class with the brownies troop I was so prepared I typed up online safety pledges that we all went over and signed and then they had to take it home go over it with there parents and let them sign it also. That’s something I would like to continue doing. They had so many questions and I was able to answer them. I gave them advice about some online things like cyberbullying.
