Wouldn’t cell phones make cyberbullying harder, since you know which phone was used to send the mean text message?

Sometimes. But most of the time, when someone sends you a mean text message they do it from an anonymous website text-feature, that doesn’t come from a cell phone at all. And sometimes they will grab a cell phone when it is unattended and use it to send mean texts to friends of the cell phone owner, pretending to be her. So, you never know.
